The project consisted of the redevelopment and upgrade of more than 5,000 sq.m. (53,820 sq.ft.) of office space and other areas for the Ministry of Justice, the rehabilitation of 95 courtrooms spread over 13 floors and refreshing all common areas on all floors, for a total area of approximately 40,000 sq.m. (430,550 sq.ft.). All mechanical and electrical systems were rehabilitated on all levels and a roof water tower and a water cooler were added. The work was done night and evening while maintaining the building operational (2,000 occupants). The project, carried out in accelerated mode, took place in 58 phases, 90 lots and sub-lots and 90 calls for tenders.
