This project consisted of the construction of the new CCQ headquarters with an area of 13,568 sq.m. (146,000 sq.ft.) spread over 8 floors and the modernization of the existing building of the Quebec Industrial Research Center (CRIQ) having an area of 7.434 sq.m. (80,000 sq.ft. spread over 3 floors, connected to the new building by an overpass and an underground tunnel.

With a sober architecture, the building is environmentally efficient and built to ensure the well-being of staff and customers while meeting the criteria for sustainable site development, effective water management, indoor environmental quality and energy efficiency. The new head office includes a 360-space parking lot, part of which is underground, with a green roof.
