The project consisted of the construction of a 5-storey cultural building with an area of 3,809 sq.m. (41,000 sq.ft.). Located in a busy downtown area at the corner of Saint-Laurent and Saint-Catherine streets, the building is home to CIBL Radio, La Vitrine culturelle, the Imago project, a bar and a restaurant. The building is distinguished by its innovative outer shell consisting of an insulated wall lined with a mixture of glass and ceramics. Its open space distributed between the ground floor and the mezzanine is dedicated to public activities, exhibitions and radio broadcasts. This project has received LEED Silver certification.
