Project Manager

Under the supervision of the Vice President Construction, this person will work in close collaboration with the management team, the other project managers and the assistants to the project managers.  As project manager, the person will be in charge of specific projects.

Main tasks:

  • Manage construction projects
  • Negotiate contracts with the subcontractors and suppliers
  • Manage project budgets and schedules
  • Ensure the quality and profitability of projects with management tools
  • Prepare project reports
  • Share knowledge and experience with team members
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of management tools
  • Keep up to date with construction industry regulations (Building code, CSST, CCQ)

Education and experience:

  • B.A. in Civil Engineering or other
  • 8 to 10 years of experience as Construction Project Manager
  • Post-graduate studies advantage
